About the role
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate NOC Managed Service and Operations Center programmes at Saudi Digitalization. You will own the end-to-end delivery of projects within our Operations Center practice, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and to the quality our enterprise clients expect.
This role sits at the intersection of technical operations and client management. You'll work closely with our NOC engineers, client stakeholders, and internal leadership to maintain clear communication, manage risk, and drive delivery excellence across our managed service engagements.
As the central coordination point for Operations Center projects, you'll be expected to bring structure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments — applying PMP or PRINCE2 frameworks to ensure every engagement is properly governed and transparently reported.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for NOC Managed Service and Operations Center engagements
- Define and maintain project scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including network, server, database, and application monitoring engineers
- Manage client relationships, set expectations, and provide regular project status reporting
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and escalations proactively
- Facilitate kick-off meetings, steering committees, and project reviews
- Ensure all deliverables meet contracted SLAs and quality standards
- Maintain project documentation: plans, RAID logs, status reports, and close-out reports
What we're looking for
Skills & requirements
- Saudi National Only
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing NOC Managed Service and Operations Center projects
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (required)
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programmes in complex enterprise environments
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies

Nice to have
- ITIL certification
- Experience managing SLA-driven service contracts
- Experience working with hyperscaler cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud)
- Experience with enterprise clients in banking, government, or telco sectors in KSA
