About the role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across cross-functional teams at Saudi Digitalization. You will ensure adherence to Scrum principles while driving continuous improvement, stakeholder alignment, and predictable sprint outcomes in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
You will coach product owners, developers, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices, facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, and remove impediments to team velocity and delivery.
This is a Saudi National-only role based on-site in Riyadh.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) across multiple concurrent teams
- Coach product owners, developers, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum best practices and mindset
- Identify, track, and remove impediments to team velocity and delivery
- Manage sprint backlogs, burndown metrics, and delivery KPIs; report progress to senior leadership
- Drive cross-team coordination in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, or similar)
- Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support organizational Agile maturity initiatives
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate conflict resolution within teams
- Support release planning and integration with broader program/portfolio management
What we're looking for
Skills & requirements
- Saudi National Only
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, minimum 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM II or higher) required
- Proven track record managing multiple teams in enterprise IT or software delivery settings
- Strong command of Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence)
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills

- SAFe Agilist certification
- Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS)
